Our Singles ministry is an energetic group of people who have fun and make incredible memories while connecting to like-minded singles -- keeping Christ in the center of it all. No matter how you got to this point in life: college grad, divorced, widowed and everything in between we have a place for you.
We are an active group with many interests. We meet at least once a month in different locations throughout the region. We enjoy camping, kayaking, grilling out, coffee houses and much more. We would love for you to be a part of our group.
We all have a story. We would love to be a part of yours.

For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’ “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’
Matthew 25: 35-40
The Women’s Prison Ministry strives to provide spiritual guidance to those that oppose themselves; by addressing the whole person's being, especially the spiritual part of themselves. Over the years many women have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their savior, which is the desired outcome of the ministry.
The services with the women can vary. There is often praise and worship along with a word from the Lord. Testimonies are given which coincide with life lessons. There are two holidays celebrated, Mother’s Day and Christmas. That is when Pastor Brandon and the praise team join us. It is such a glorious time in the Lord. With the anointed singing and preaching, it is a heaven-like atmosphere. The women are spiritually moved and so are the officers. Those times are so special, we have a captivated audience for Christ.
The Hospitality Ministry is dedicated to serving every family attending GTWC. We have groups, with captains, who strive to reach out to our church family members who have suffered a death or hospital stay. Our goal is to provide a meal for these families to encourage and to lift up one another.
We are a group of Young Adults who come together as a family to fellowship with one another and learn and grow in the Gospel together. We believe that daily interaction with God will help us maintain and build a relationship with God and in His son Jesus Christ. These interactions include, but are not limited to, daily bible study and devotionals, listening to worship music, prayer, and honoring God in all of our daily encounters.
Every one of us, in some way, contribute to helping other people see God; and you stand in a line that is over 2000 years long of people who have done that.
2000 years and we all do it differently and that is AWESOME, but we all still point to Jesus the Christ! It is Him we point to. He's the only story worth telling. He's the only common thread among all the crazy uncommon things between us.
So, I invite you, in this moment, to just breathe... and to take a journey with us that will not feel normal.
**I pray you will guide us in igniting our relationship with You, God, and help us "Light the Way" and be a Godly example to all of those who are in need. Help strengthen our faith, deepen our worship, and UNITE us as ONE!**
What is Kings Kids?
King's Kid's is a children's service designed for your child! Our children's Pastor Keith Bomar brings the word of God to life through exciting illustrations, tricks, and the occasional silly costume! The focus of Kings Kids is to teach your children about Christ in a way that is easier for them to understand, interactive and engaging! Your child will love their time in Kings Kids!
How do we sign up?
Once you enter the doors of GTWC feel free to ask any of our helpful volunteers for directions to "Kings Kids Central", from there one of our children's volunteers will help you get your child signed in. You'll receive a number which you will also use to pick your child up after service. If during their time at Kings Kids they get upset or our volunteer staff has any issues beyond their control, our media staff will alert you by flashing your child's number on the screens in the main sactuary. We want to make sure that you're comfortable, your kids are comfortable, and your time with us is as enjoyable as possible!

Youth 7th-12th grades are invited to join us in leading youth for God in the Florence, SC area. Faith Force Student Ministry meets every Sunday at 6pm and Wednesday at 7pm at the Faith Force student building in front of the church. We see a generation who is gradually pulling away from God and losing who they were created to be. This ministry is designed to connect students with God, each other, and their purpose.

"We are out of this world and we are still living" (Psalm 92:13-15.)
We want to encourage anyone 55 and above to come be a part of this ministry. With all the things we do in our group, we are sure there will be something that you will enjoy. You may even find a creative side you never knew existed. Each month is different but there are so many opportunities - plus you get to know others and develop relationships. So watch the calendar each month, check out what we have going on and come be a part of the Sensational Seniors!
The Music Ministry Team at GTWC is vibrant and active. We understand our purpose is to exalt the name of Jesus and to set the atmosphere for the Spirit of God to move mightily so the preached word is delivered to fertile hearts. Being a part of the Music Ministry Team is a calling for all involved and includes singers, musicians, media, lighting, and sound. We all make up the Music Ministry Team and desire to fulfill Colossians 3:16-17, "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."
We rehearse each Sunday after service, and we have a place just for you.
